Shock horror – Behringer U-Control UMX610 midi keyboard midi out is now working. Turns out that the midi out does not work unless you have purchased the separate power supply! Unbelievable I know! Nowhere in the manual (or advertising) does it say that to use the midi out by itself requires a power adaptor to be in use (Sold separately) I think a stiff email is definitely in order.
